Welcome to Stochastic Gains! These Terms and Services ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the content, services, and community provided through our Substack publication. By subscribing to and using Stochastic Gains, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe or use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to Stochastic Gains, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may modify these Terms from time to time, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Stochastic Gains after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Subscription and Content

• Content: Stochastic Gains provides insights and knowledge related to finance, investments, and wealth management. All content is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice.

• Subscription: By subscribing, you will receive newsletters, articles, and updates directly to your email. You agree to provide accurate information during the subscription process.

• Fees: Currently as a relatively new Substack community, Stochastic Gains have no intention to monetize my subscriber. Do not provide any financial information such as your credit card credential to anybody that is “affiliated” to Savvy Dollar Sage, because we do not ask for your personal information and any financial credential.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Distributing spam or unsolicited communications.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service.

• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

• Ownership: All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are the exclusive property of Stochastic Gains and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
